Am I sinful if I promote religious pages that in turn promote awareness pages displaying unveiled women, and will I be held accountable for people following those pages due to my page's recommendation?

There is no objection to exchanging posts with Islamic pages. If advertisements for other awareness pages appear due to this exchange, there is no sin upon you for that, especially if those pages do not constantly publish what is religiously forbidden.
