All the aforementioned heirs inherit from the deceased. Illness, mental disability, or differing nationality do not prevent inheritance, as long as the person of the other nationality is Muslim. The inheritance is divided as follows: the mother receives one-sixth due to the presence of a lineal descendant and multiple siblings; his wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant; his three daughters receive two-thirds; and the remainder goes to the full brothers and full sisters by ta'sib (residuary heirship), with the male receiving the share of two females. The inheritance is divided into 720 shares: 120 for the mother, 90 for the wife, 480 for the daughters (160 for each), six shares for each full brother, and three shares for each full sister. The guardian of the mother and the mentally ill brother shall manage their respective shares. The inheritance is not to be divided before the debts are settled.
