Is a woman or man who cannot procreate to be judged as someone who should be shunned and not married, based on the interpretation of the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "Marry the affectionate, the fertile"?

The Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "Marry the fertile, the affectionate..." is a guidance on the importance of marrying women who can bear children, for procreation is one of the most important objectives of marriage and a cause for the nation's glory and strength. It does not mean abandoning those who cannot conceive; rather, it is an encouragement for abundance and strength that empowers the nation. This is precisely what has led its enemies to strive for birth control or to prevent polygyny.
