What is the ruling regarding a wife who blames her husband for not approaching her "as Allah has commanded," while she herself does not adorn herself for him, evades him under the pretext of children, displeases him by gossiping about every minor and major issue, and does not teach her children to respect their father?

The relationship between spouses should be based on kind cohabitation, which includes the wife's obedience to her husband when he calls her to bed and her beautifying herself for him, and the husband's chastity towards his wife, his gentleness with her, and his playful interaction with her. Both spouses must raise their children on virtues and good manners, and on revering and obeying their parents. They must also cooperate in establishing the limits of Allah.
