Does the wetness of madhiy on underwear transfer impurity to outer garments, or is it sufficient to purify only the spot where the madhiy is?

If madhiy (prostatic fluid) gets on clothes, the contaminated area must be purified. It is not necessary to purify what is above the contaminated garment unless there is certainty that the impurity has transferred to it, as the default is non-transfer in case of doubt.
