Is reselling digital products purchased from specialized websites and profiting from them impermissible (haram)?

Selling electronic materials such as software, images, and videos differs from selling physical materials. In the former, the seller does not lose the original copy and can sell multiple copies, which may harm the original source. Therefore, reselling these materials is subject to intellectual property rights and terms of sale. There is no objection to it if the original license permits such sale.
