What is the ruling on using a bank credit card that I obtained based on an employment condition, while I am no longer employed, knowing that I have the ability to repay?

The ruling on credit cards and the regulations for dealing with them have been previously clarified in previous fatwas.

One must adhere to the conditions of permissible cards, and it is not allowed to defraud to obtain them. The bank must also be informed of the true situation.
