The answer

Cards are divided into three types: an uncovered credit card (permissible only if free from sharia-prohibited elements), a covered credit card (no objection to it, except that depositing money in an interest-based bank is not permissible unless there is no Islamic bank available), and a debit card (no objection to it). It is not permissible to assist with prohibited cards. If the employee's work is limited to permissible cards, then there is no objection. If the employee is unaware of the card's status, then there is no blame on him. It is not permissible to deposit money in an interest-based bank, even if one leaves the interest, unless there is a need to preserve money and no Islamic bank is available, in which case one should limit it to a current account. Interest-based earnings should not be left in the bank; rather, they should be taken and spent on charitable causes for the poor.
