Is it permissible for me to work in a company that prepares bank cards (Visa and Mastercard) and deals with both usurious and Islamic banks, and if the work is impermissible and I cannot find any other work, then what should I do?

The ruling on credit cards has been previously explained: some are permissible, and some are forbidden due to their inclusion of usury (riba).

If you are able to distinguish between permissible and forbidden card transactions, then there is no harm in using them. However, if you cannot distinguish, then you must refrain from using them, due to the prevalence of usurious conditions in them, and due to the general prohibition against cooperating in sin and aggression, and because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the one who consumes usury, the one who feeds it, its scribe, and its two witnesses.

If abstaining from this work would lead to ruin, then it is permissible for you to continue in it to the extent of necessity, while it is obligatory to search for a permissible job, and then abandon the forbidden one once the necessity ceases.
