What is the ruling on my taking an unconditional portion of the funds from the relief projects I manage with the intention of repaying it later as a debt, and does this affect the acceptance of my prayers, especially my frequent prayer that I not enter the grave while owing anyone a debt, and will my mother's رضا (contentment/blessing) with me benefit me in getting rid of these problems, and will this action negatively impact my family and children?

It is forbidden to borrow from or lend the money of donors designated for charitable works except with their permission. Whoever is in charge of collecting zakat and donations must be mindful of the trust placed in them and return any donation money taken without permission.
