What should a student do who does not cheat in exams and receives low grades, while his cheating classmates receive high grades, putting him in an awkward position? Is it permissible for him to cheat like them?

It is not permissible to practice deception, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Whoever deceives is not of me." The actions of others in committing a sin do not justify you committing it. A Muslim should accustom himself to adhering to righteousness, and should advise those who practice deception, explaining its prohibition to them.
