What are the rights of a wife and her children after she is divorced from a husband who does not pray, causes problems, abuses them, and seizes their property and their divorced daughter's money?

The husband combines mistreatment and injustice towards his wife and children. Among his greatest misdeeds is his failure to pray, for he has severed his connection with his Lord. No good is expected from him in fulfilling the rights of his creation. He must treat his family and children well. The husband has the right to marry a second wife if he is just, but he does not have the right to defame his wife's reputation to justify it. Divorce is permissible but disliked without need, and the husband should not use it as a dangling sword. The wife should advise her husband and remind him of Allah, and warn him of His punishment, especially concerning prayer and his injustice towards his family. If he does not return to righteousness, there is no good for the wife in remaining with him.
