Obtaining money through cheating, deception, and trickery is forbidden (), and one must cease doing so and repent to Allah the Almighty. Part of complete repentance is returning the money to its owners or seeking their forgiveness. If you are unable to return it, then spend it on acts of charity and public welfare.
