Is an unjust supplication, such as supplicating for "severing ties of kinship," answered if it occurs during a time of responsiveness?

A mother's supplication against her child is not answered if it involves injustice, for the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The supplication of any one of you is answered as long as he does not supplicate for a sin or severing ties of kinship." The child must honor his mother and ask Allah for well-being.
