ما هو مكان الإحرام لوالديّ اللذين يقيمان معي بجدة، واللذين سأدخلهما مكة قبل الحج بدون إحرام من أجل الإجراءات؟

The parents must enter into the state of ihram from the miqat upon their arrival, and it is not permissible for them to pass the miqat without ihram. If they do so, they must offer a dam (sacrificial animal) to be slaughtered in Makkah and distributed among the poor of the Haram. As for the questioner's miqat, it is Jeddah. If either parent commits one of the prohibited acts during ihram, they must offer fidyah (expiation), which is a choice between fasting for three days, feeding six poor people, or slaughtering a sheep. Furthermore, performing Hajj without a permit is not permissible, and whoever does so risks incurring sin for violating Hajj regulations and committing a prohibited act without a valid excuse.
