We cannot interpret that, but strive to adhere to the etiquette of sleep, for perhaps it is due to a deficiency in observing them. Among these etiquettes are: performing ablution before sleep, praying two rak'ahs, and reciting the prescribed invocations such as Ayatul Kursi.
