What is the reason behind Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him) being given the kunya (agnomen) "Abu Bakr"? And was there anyone among his children or family named Bakr?

The kunya "Abu Bakr" became famous for Al-Siddiq, may Allah be pleased with him, and he loved it. It is permissible and even recommended, even if the person given the kunya does not have a child bearing the name. It is not necessary for theya to be named after one of the person's children, and Abu Bakr did not have a son named Bakr.
