Is it permissible to sell a commodity that I do not have available in my shop, then acquire it from a neighbor at the same time as the sale? And what is the way to correct this transaction?

As long as you sell the merchandise to the buyer after you have acquired and taken possession of it, then this is permissible and there is no issue with it.
