The two names mentioned are foreign and should not be used for naming until their meanings are known. The name of Ayyub's wife, peace be upon him, is "Rahma," and it is also said to be "Liya." "Liya" is also the name of one of Jacob's wives, peace be upon him, and there is no harm in naming with it if that is confirmed. "Lilia" is a Western name, and there is no harm in naming with it unless it carries an indication of something forbidden.
