What is the ruling on fasting, prayer, and reading the Quran in Ramadan if menstrual bleeding continues daily?

Previously, the Shariah ruling on menstrual bleeding exceeding the usual duration was explained, as well as the period during which the blood is considered irregular bleeding (istihada) due to a discharge, and during which a woman must perform ghusl, pray, and fast. A menstruating woman is permitted to recite the Qur’an and touch the Mus'haf with a barrier. Ibn Taymiyyah even held the view that it is obligatory for her to do so if she fears forgetting it without reviewing it.
