Is it permissible to pay Zakat from money that has been mixed with money suspected of being unlawful, the amount of which is unknown, provided that no unlawful money was acquired thereafter, and is it valid to perform Umrah with it, and is the remaining money considered lawful?

If a person acquires ill-gotten wealth, such as stolen or usurped money, he is obligated to return it to its owner or their heirs. If this is not possible, or if the money was acquired through unlawful means, it must be spent on charitable causes and for the benefit of Muslims, such as the poor and needy. If the person is unaware of the exact amount of this money, he must give out what he believes is sufficient to clear his conscience. By doing so, the remaining money becomes lawful and good, and is treated as lawful money in all transactions.
