Is it permissible for a husband to marry another woman without the knowledge of his wife, who raises her voice at him, treats him badly, and disobeys him? And are the husband's previous attempts to اصلاح his wife considered Islamically sound? And is God pleased with the wife's actions? And is her insistence on seeking a divorce, without considering their daughters, considered a sin?

If a wife verbally abuses her husband and raises her voice at him, she is considered disobedient (nashiz). The remedy for disobedience begins with admonition, then abandonment (in bed), and the beating mentioned in the Quran is non-violent. The husband erred by beating her violently. It is permissible for a husband to marry another woman without his first wife's knowledge if he is capable of being just. A wife's request for divorce without a legitimate reason is forbidden by شرع (Islamic law), unless there is a legitimate reason that permits her to do so. Spouses should resolve their problems between themselves without involving others, or if others intervene, it should be for reconciliation, not for incitement.
