Do the children of a daughter who died before her father inherit from their grandfather (their mother's father)?

If the father passes away, leaving behind male children and a deceased daughter who left a son and a daughter, then his grandchildren from the deceased daughter do not inherit from their grandfather because they are from among the uterine relatives (dhawi al-arham). His estate is divided equally among his male children.

As for the estate of the deceased daughter, it is divided among her heirs as follows: Her father (the grandfather) receives one-sixth due to the presence of inheriting offspring. The remainder goes to her son and daughter, with the male receiving the share of two females. Her siblings do not inherit anything, as they are excluded by the father and the son.

Issues related to inheritance should be referred to Sharia courts for investigation into them, and for the presence of wills, debts, and rights, as these take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
