Is it permissible to recite in different prayers with different recitations?

It is permissible for a person to recite with a certain recitation in one prayer and with another recitation in other prayers, as long as they master it, whether they are an Imam or praying alone. However, the Imam should not recite with a recitation that people are not accustomed to, as this causes confusion for the common folk and distracts them from devotion, and it may lead them to doubt the correctness of the recitation. Therefore, Imams are advised to recite what people are accustomed to, and to reserve other recitations for their individual prayers or with those who are accustomed to hearing them.
