Does the noble Hadith: "Whoever usurps even a handspan of land will be encircled by it from seven earths" apply to a brother who prevents his brother from disposing of his land?

"This is a severe warning to anyone who takes a handspan of land from another unjustly. It indicates that taking anything from the land unjustly—whether by usurpation, theft, or deception, be it little or much—is among the greatest of major sins. So, if your brother has unjustly taken something from your land, he is threatened by this hadith."
