Does a divorce occur if you see a picture of a penis, knowing that your husband has warned you against seeing a man's private parts and threatened divorce?

If a husband threatens his wife with divorce if she looks at a man's private parts, divorce does not occur when the act takes place, because a threat of divorce is not a divorce. However, if he makes the divorce conditional upon that, by saying: "If you look at a man's private parts, you are divorced," then divorce occurs, according to the majority of scholars, if she does that willingly and not forgetfully. This is the more preponderant opinion. On the other hand, Ibn Taymiyyah holds that a conditional divorce does not occur unless the husband intends to cause it, not merely for threat or prevention.
