What is the ruling on praying when bloody and purulent fistula secretions are present on clothes, and is it necessary to change clothes for each prayer, knowing that these secretions do not issue from the two private parts?

Blood and pus discharges from sources other than the private parts are impure and must be washed for prayer, unless they cause hardship. These discharges do not invalidate ablution according to the majority of scholars, unlike discharges from the private parts which do invalidate it, unless they are continuous, in which case they take the ruling of urinary incontinence.
