Is it permissible to sell Moroccan products online by displaying their pictures, then purchasing them after the customer places an order paid in two installments, while using edited pictures of products from other websites, all with the fear of falling into the prohibition of "selling what one does not possess"?

It is permissible to open an online store to sell lawful goods, provided that:

1. The goods are permissible in Islamic law and not among the forbidden items.

2. The sale does not take place until the item has been purchased and physically possessed, based on the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "Do not sell what you do not possess." It is advisable to inform customers that the order is not a sale.

3. The goods are permissible to be sold on credit, with the exception of gold, silver, and currencies, for which immediate possession is required.

It is forbidden to take product images from other websites without permission, and it is prohibited to photograph living beings and sell their images.
