If the woman has not performed the ' of Islam (the obligatory 'Umrah), then it is not permissible for you to perform 'Umrah on her behalf. This is because deputization in Hajj or obligatory 'Umrah is only permissible for one who is incapacitated. Similarly, it is not permissible for you to perform a voluntary 'Umrah on her behalf as long as she is unable to do so herself.

However, if she has already performed the 'Umrah of Islam, then there is a difference of opinion among scholars regarding your deputizing on her behalf. Some scholars permit it, while others do not.
