Is kissing between spouses in public considered adultery that necessitates expiation and confession to parents?

A person cannot live their life without sins, for all humans are sinners, and the best of sinners are those who repent.

Kissing one's wife in front of people is not permissible, as it opens a door to temptation and leads to corruption. The expiation for this sin is sincere repentance, regret, and not returning to it. There is no need to confess to the parents; rather, confession is to Allah alone.
