Repentance, with its conditions (abstaining from the sin, regretting it, and resolving not to return to it), is accepted and erases what came before it. We advise you to hasten marriage if you are not married and are capable. Otherwise, you must fast, lower your gaze, close the doors to temptation, cling to Allah, strengthen your connection with Him, associate with the righteous, fill your free time with beneficial activities, and engage in sports.
