Those who collect donations are only trustees charged with safeguarding them. They are not permitted to invest them or dispose of them except with the donors' permission. If they invest them with permission, the profit is entirely theirs, or partially, according to their agreement. However, if they invest them without permission, their action is considered an encroachment, and the profit resulting from this encroachment is divided equally between the merchant and the owner of the capital.
