The answer

There is no objection to studying and registering at the aforementioned university. The Ministry of Education's non-recognition of it does not affect the permissibility of enrolling in it. It is permissible to equate its degree with a recognized body without cheating or falsification. It is permissible to work with the equated degree if it is recognized by the employer, and the wage received for the work is permissible as long as the work is performed as required.
