What is the ruling on working in a factory that produces animal feed?

It is permissible to work in a factory that produces feed for poultry, fish, cats, and dogs, provided that the feed is free from anything unlawful or harmful. However, manufacturing feed for pigs is not permissible, because it constitutes aiding in their prohibited rearing, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: ﴿And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression.﴾ Therefore, if the questioner's work is far from manufacturing pig feed, then there is no blame upon him; otherwise, he must leave the work.
