What is the appropriate expiation for the oath I took, knowing that I do not have sufficient money and am unemployed? Can I take from my father's money, or should I fast for three days?

The expiation for an oath is feeding ten poor persons, or clothing them, or emancipating a slave. If one cannot find [the means], then [it is] fasting for three days. Whoever does not possess money for the expiation moves to fasting. It is not permissible to take from another's money without their consent.
