What is the ruling on purchasing a car in installments when the seller stipulates comprehensive insurance against all risks and life insurance for the buyer?

Purchasing a car in installments is permissible if it adheres to the Sharia-compliant conditions. However, commercial insurance of all types is impermissible. If the seller stipulates this type of insurance for the buyer, then it is not permissible to purchase from him.
