It is permissible for the recipient to marry his maternal uncle's daughter, because the prohibitory suckling did not extend to him, but rather extended to his two brothers, who became her paternal uncles through suckling. Therefore, it is not permissible for them to marry her, due to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "What is prohibited by lineage is prohibited by suckling."
