Who are "those who praise God in all circumstances" who will enter Paradise without reckoning or punishment, and how can we be among them?

There are narrations and reports indicating that "the Hammadeen" (those who praise Allah much) will be the first to be called to Paradise and enter it without reckoning. However, the chains of transmission for these narrations, which are attributed to the Prophet (peace be upon him), are weak. The preponderant view is that they are either statements attributed to the Companions or sayings of the Tabi'een (successors). "The Hammadeen" refers to the Ummah of Muhammad (peace be upon him) who praise Allah in times of ease and hardship. They will be the first nation to enter Paradise, and the way to achieve this lies in adhering to Islam and praising Allah in all circumstances with a contented heart.
