Is it permissible to give zakat to a young man to help him complete and expedite his marriage?

If your husband's sister's son is poor and in need of marriage but cannot afford its expenses, then it is permissible to give him from the Zakat to expedite his marriage. Scholars have explicitly stated the permissibility of disbursing Zakat to the poor person who desires marriage and wishes to keep himself chaste.
