What is your advice to young people who are hasty in excommunicating others?

Rushing into excommunication (takfir) and trivializing bloodshed and honor are among the most dangerous pitfalls. These matters should only be delved into by deeply rooted scholars, because an error in them leads to expelling a Muslim from their religion and rendering their blood, property, and honor permissible. The Council of Senior Scholars has affirmed that excommunication is a legal ruling whose reference point is Allah and His Messenger, and it is not permissible to excommunicate anyone except with clear evidence from the Quran and Sunnah. It also warned against the danger of rushing into excommunication and the resulting permissibility of shedding blood and seizing property, emphasizing that criminal acts like bloodshed and bombing are individual actions that violate Islamic law and sound human nature (fitra). It called upon Muslims to cooperate in righteousness and piety, and to enjoin good and forbid evil with wisdom.
