Is it permissible to upload designs created with non-genuine 3D design software, and must what has been published of these designs be deleted?

It is not permissible to infringe upon protected software. Whoever uses it must pay the rightful owners their due. If unable to do so, then they should give charity on their behalf. One must cease using pirated software, but there is no harm in benefiting from what has been designed with it.
