Is a small amount of water mixed with impurity — without being altered by it — impure or pure?

A small amount of urine is pardoned by some scholars, and it is permissible to follow this opinion. Water that has mixed with impurity, is less than two qullahs, and whose characteristics have not changed is considered pure by the Malikis and is an opinion among the Hanbalis; it is permissible to follow this opinion. Based on this, water remaining around drains that has not changed due to impurity is considered pure, as is water that separates from washing the male organ or washing something impure if it has not changed due to the impurity.
