Is it forbidden to say "the sky rained" or "the world rained," while believing that Allah is the true Bestower of rain?

There is no harm in saying: "If the sky rains, his sorrow will be relieved," and "If the sky rains, he will lift his garment," and similar phrases; because this is an instance of metaphorical attribution (Majaz Aqli). Similar expressions have been reported in the speech of the Salaf.
