How sound is the Hadith: "Any man who marries a woman for a dowry, whether small or large, with no intention of giving her her due; he has deceived her, and if he dies without giving her her due; he will meet Allah on the Day of Resurrection as an adulterer"?

"Any man who promises a woman a dowry, while Allah knows that he does not intend to fulfill it, thus deceiving her by Allah and wrongfully making her lawful to himself, will meet Allah on the Day of Resurrection as an adulterer." Narrated by Ahmad and Al-Tabarani. In Ahmad's chain of narration, there is an unnamed man, but the rest of his narrators are trustworthy. In Al-Tabarani's chain of narration, there are those who are unknown.
