Is it permissible to marry a foreign woman with a past if she converts to Islam?

If a girl embraces Islam, and her sincerity is evident, and she adheres to the outward rituals such as prayer, then marrying her is good and a form of benevolence. It provides her with chastity and helps her remain firm in truth and uprightness. Any relationship with her must be cut off until she enters Islam and you marry her, because she is a non-mahram, and conversing with her is a door to temptation.
