Is it permissible to watch pornographic films and images when one is unable to marry due to financial hardship and the abundance of temptations?

Whoever is unable to marry should be patient and keep himself chaste, as Allah Almighty says: "And let those who find not the financial means for marriage keep themselves chaste, until Allah enriches them from His bounty." And the greatest aid to patience is fasting, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "And whoever is not able, then he should fast, for it will be a shield for him." It is not permissible to look at forbidden things, as this increases desire and does not satisfy it. Rather, one must lower the gaze, close the doors to temptation, keep away from whatever arouses desire, strengthen one's connection with Allah, supplicate frequently, occupy one's time with beneficial things, and keep company with the righteous.
