Is it legitimate and permissible for some mosque imams to imitate the recitations of others to improve their voices in Qur’an recitation during Tarawih prayers?

Improving one's voice with the Quran is permissible. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded it and listened to the recitation of Abu Musa al-Ash'ari, which he admired. Therefore, it is permissible for a mosque imam to imitate a person with a good voice and recitation to improve his own voice and recitation, because it invigorates the worshippers and makes their hearts present and attentive to the recitation.
