It is recommended to supplicate to Allah when one feels fear, and to threaten theressor with informing those who can deter him or the responsible authorities. It is also advised to be extremely cautious of the brother who harassed her, to treat him as a stranger, and to veil oneself from him. It must be noted that parents are not permitted to prevent marriage, and if the guardian prevents it, the matter can be raised to the court. Furthermore, masturbation is forbidden and has harms.
