How can well water be purified if an animal carcass falls into it, and is it permissible to use the water immediately after removing the carcass?

The water in which a land animal with flowing blood dies falls into two categories:

1. If the water changes due to the dead animal: It is impure by scholarly consensus, and the changed water must be removed until the change disappears.

2. If the water does not change:

If the animal fell in alive and died in the water: According to the Malikis, it is recommended to remove some of the water to eliminate the fluids released from the animal. The amount to be removed is estimated based on the volume of water and the size of the animal, with the aim of ensuring the fluids are gone.

If the animal fell into the water dead: It is not recommended to remove any of the water unless it changes.
