Is it one of the Prophet's—may God bless him and grant him peace—privileges to divorce a married woman whom the Prophet desires?

This matter was mentioned by the Maliki jurists as one of the special characteristics of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. Khalil said in his Mukhtasar: "And the divorce of his desired woman." Al-Dardir explained this by stating that the Prophet was uniquely obligated to divorce a woman he desired if such a situation were to occur, though it never did. However, this matter cannot be established except by evidence from the Book or the Sunnah, and nothing of the sort has been found.
